About: Calendula Lavender Butter soothes, moisturizes, and revitalizes dry, irritated skin. It can be used daily for dry, itchy, chapped skin.  It is also a wonderful moisturizing balm for hands, feet, elbows or any rough skin. The herbs and essential oils in this butter speed healing of burns, cuts and other skin irritation.

Ingredients: Calendula flowers (Calendula officinalis), lavender flowers (Lavandula angustifolia) and Rose flowers (Rosa sp.) *, organic almond oil, organic raw coconut oil, pure filtered beeswax, organic unrefined shea and cocoa butters, vitamin E oil, organic essential oils of lavender, palmarosa, rose geranium, carrot seed and helichrysum.

Suggested Use: Apply liberally to affected area one to three times daily.  

Our Process: The herbs in our Healing Salves are always hand harvested with respect and care at their peak seasonal potency. Salves are produced from fresh herbs grown on our micro farm or harvested from the wild and processed in small batches. Fresh herbs are wilted or dried to remove water and each herb is infused in organic oil and then hand pressed. We then blend these medicinal oils with high quality pure filtered beeswax, organic unrefined shea butter and vitamin E oil. These ingredients are chosen for their soothing and emollient properties. We add specific organic essential oils for their medicinal virtues. Wise Mountain Botanicals’ salves are for topical application and are an excellent way to directly deliver plant medicine through the skin.
